"Perfect Stay"

Very lovely stay in the Superior Deluxe Queen room. This was extremely clean, and hostess Sabrina was always of service when needed. The location was also very close to the metro station, and a short walk away from Vatican City. Very quiet area which is perfect for a good night's rest after a day of wandering the city.

"The best Italian stay we've had so far!"

From the first moment everything was perfect. The communication with the owner, their flexibility around check-in and check-out, the cleanliness of the room and common areas. We also appreciated the small touches like little gifts or daily cleaning. The location was amazing, very close to subway station, Vatican museums and many local restaurants and shops. It was also surprisingly quiet at night and we felt really safe there. The air-con in the 30°C was an absolute life-saver. Would definitely recommend to everyone and stay there next time around.

When we first stumbled upon this flat on Booking, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Sabrina is the most thoughtful, gracious host.She provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs.The bed is comfortable, bathroom excellent. Location is incredible and it is close to everything. 1 min walking from metro station, 2 min from excellent restaurants and to Vatican.Thanks Sabrina and Lovely Nights Rome for a wonderful weekend!We will be back, Ivana

"Exceptional"

Great location, very clean and nice rooms. Staff is excellent and very communicative - they even provided us with some welcome snacks, a small dessert at the end of our first day of stay and organized us a transport to the airport. Check in is very easy and the instructions are clear. We did not meet the host in person.

Very Good host Sabrina.Nice room with all facilities,Air conditioner is the life saver .Near to metro Ottaviano.Overall experience is amazing .

The location was great, the accommodation had everything I needed for my stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was equipped with an AC, mini fridge and was pretty spacious. The host was great at communicating and I would definitely stay again and recommend.
